I have a new obsession. Revlon Colorburst Matte Balm. When I was in America I picked up one at a Target. At first I thought it would be just another matte lipstick to add to my collection. I was wrong. The formula is amazing. Its matte, yet it moisturises. Unlike other matte lipsticks my lips don’t feel dry when wearing it. It stays where it is placed and it stays a long time. Now that I am back in England I have been picking up more and more shades to round out my collection. 3These are all the colours within the range currently. 2

I even enjoy the purple. It looks intimidating, but the colour mellows after a while and settles into my skin.  1

This nude was the first colour that I picked up. You can tell I have used it quite a bit already.

These are all the colours swatched on my skin. You can see by the pigmentation that they are true to their colour. And what I love is that they work so well with my skin tone. I find it is really hard to find lipsticks that work well with my medium skin tone. Brands either tailor their formulas to fairer or darker complexions. These work so well. I HIGHLY recommend them to other women who share a similar complexion. Buy them… buy them now.

*For anyone in America… the cheapest place I found them was at Target (6.49). CVS, WALGREENS, etc were all a couple dollars more. *

I think they are a dollar cheaper at walmart- but it may depend on the location. Another lip balm/tint that I enjoy is NYC. It is very cheap, around $2, and gives a slight tint to your lips (its main purpose is moisturizing). It is a nice little piece to have rolling in your purse (or in my case- backpack). I use it every day

I agree; these are nice. I have one in Mega Melon, which works well if you have fair skin. It’s just a bit of color, but with good coverage.
